In our processing, we adhere to the requirements of privacy legislation. This means, among other things:
- we clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data. We do that through this privacy statement;
- We limit our collection of personal data to only those personal data that are necessary for legitimate purposes;
- we first ask you for your explicit consent to process your personal data in cases where your consent is required;

for what purposes do we use your personal data?

contact and customer service
When you send us an e-mail or letter or contact us in any other way, we may use your name, address and contact information and communications submitted to answer your request or question (agreement). We keep your data until we think you are completely satisfied.

your order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly (agreement). For this we use your name, address, e-mail address and order number. We send this information to PostNL, which then delivers the desired products to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company, which we pass on to our payment partners (iDeal, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and AfterPay). We keep your invoice information for tax purposes, even if it is in your account and you close your account (see heading below for more information). If you sign up for our newsletter when you place an order, you will receive it until you unsubscribe.

your account
Having an account will allow you to checkout faster, view and manage your personal information, and track your orders. To do this, we use your name, e-mail address and password. We will keep your account until you cancel it, with the exception of your billing information (see above).

reviews
When you have ordered something from us, you will receive an email within 8 days via TrustPilot inviting you to leave a review about our service. This will help other customers make their choice based on the quality and size of the product. Your name, profile picture, number of reviews and the review itself will be kept until you withdraw your permission for publication or sooner, if the publication is no longer relevant. If you don't want to leave a review, just ignore this email.

newsletter
If you want to stay informed about new developments, special products and offers, you can subscribe to our newsletter. For this we register your e-mail address. We only send the newsletter with your permission. Each newsletter also contains an unsubscribe link that allows you to unsubscribe again.

job application
Have you responded to one of our vacancies or submitted an unsolicited application? Then we will process your personal data in order to be able to process your application and in preparation for the possible conclusion of an employment contract. For this purpose we use your salutation, name, contact and address data. In addition, we may process your date and country of birth, CV, cover letter, salary indication, availability and any references.

We will retain your application data until after the position has been filled. We keep this data until we can contact you in case the position becomes available again within the probationary period. If we are unable to offer you a position at this time, we may - with your consent - retain application data for an additional year. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an e-mail. Are you coming to work with us? Then we will save your application data in your personnel file. This file is kept as long as necessary and, with regard to application data, for up to two years after employment.
