Were you wallery.co.uk first?
Yes, we were wallery.co.uk, but have changed names and domain names. So Wallery is called Wallfield from now on.
I don't see a discount on my order?
When we offer discount offers on our site, the discount is listed with the price of the product. This is automatically applied when you checkout. Do you have a discount code in addition to this? Then this can be entered before checkout to get additional discount. The price will then be adjusted immediately. For further questions or comments you can always send an email to service@wallfield.nl where we will help you as soon as possible!
When can I expect my order?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we offer standard free shipping on orders over €75.
- For our Glass collection: ordered before 6 p.m. on business days, is delivered within 3-5 business days. When you place a custom order, the shipping time may take 1-2 working days longer.
- For our canvas collection: ordered before 6 p.m. on business days, is delivered within 2-3 business days. When you place a custom order, shipping time may take 1-2 business days longer.
- For our garden poster collection: ordered by 6 p.m. on business days, is delivered within 1-2 business days. When you place a custom order, shipping time may take 1-2 business days longer.
- For our cushions collection: ordered before 6 p.m. on business days, is delivered within 1-2 business days.
- For our lighting & furniture (excluding cushions, see above) the following applies: ordered before 6 p.m. on business days, is delivered within 3-4 business days.
When you order different products, the delivery time of the product that takes the longest always applies.
Once you have ordered a product from us and the package is sent, it is possible to track your delivery via a track & trace code. You will receive this code by e-mail. All orders are shipped with DHL, PostNL, ONB and UPS.

How much are the shipping costs?
For orders under €75, we charge €6.95 shipping. For orders over €75 we offer standard free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Does my wall decoration come with a hanging system?
Yes! With every wall decoration (excluding the garden posters, because this is not necessary), a hanging system is supplied.
Is the hanging system missing when you receive your order? Then follow these steps: - Look carefully in the box in which your order was delivered to make sure the hanging system is not taped to the inside of the box. - Always first check which hanging system goes with which wall decoration. This only applies if you have ordered several sizes of wall decorations at once. Tip: Not all wall decorations have protective film, but if they do, don't forget to remove the protective film before hanging the wall decoration.

My hanging system is missing or I received too few?
With each wall decoration (excluding the garden posters, because it is not necessary here), a suspension system is supplied. Is the hanging system missing when you receive your order? This may be a delivery error, please contact us so we can resupply it immediately. Send an email to: service@wallfield.nl with the order number and how many copies are missing.
I lost my suspension system, can I order new ones separately?
Yes definitely! You can easily order a loose suspension system from us. Simply order an extra or new hanging system under the accessories category.
Would you like to give your wall decoration a new place or change it for something else? Then it is good to know that you can only use the hanging system once. This is because the adhesive material attached to the hanging system is then no longer strong enough to hold the wall decoration. In addition, before you attach a new hanging system, you must first remove the old one.
Can I order large runs or larger sizes?
This is certainly possible! Are you looking for a larger print run than the sizes we offer? Please send an e-mail to service@wallfield.nl with the desired size, type of design and how much you would like to receive. We will try to respond to your request as soon as possible with further information!

Protective film on the front or back of the wall decoration?
Almost every wall decoration (with the exception of garden posters) has protective film on both the front and back. Sometimes it is so thin that it is difficult to distinguish from the wall decoration itself. The protective film can be removed like a sticker. It is important to remove the protective film first before attaching the wall decoration to the wall, because otherwise the design will not be able to be attached as well as it could fall and be damaged.
Therefore, make sure to remove the foil properly before attaching the wall decoration to the wall. This is also stated in the instructions of the hanging system that you receive with it. In addition, the effect will only be visible once the foil is removed.
I did not receive a confirmation email or invoice of my order?
Once you have placed an order with us you will automatically receive a confirmation of your order with the corresponding invoice. This is sent to your e-mail address. However, sometimes something can go wrong and you did not receive a confirmation email, for example. Is this the case? Then go through the following steps: - Check your spam box if the mail ended up there by mistake. - Check that the e-mail address you entered is spelled correctly and that there is no error, or that you entered the wrong e-mail address.
